Product Return and Refund Policy

Interplay Art images (IA Products) are produced on Epson brilliant white watercolor paper with archival inks at high resolution. It takes one hour for each image to print. In general the images are very similar to the images displayed on the web site. There are very slight differences. The printed IA images tend to be richer in color and slightly less bright than the digital versions displayed on the site.

If you don't like an image, then you may return it based on the procedure below and receive 65% of the purchase price back. There is a 35% restocking fee.

Please read this document carefully before ordering Interplay Art. The Product Return and Refund Policy that is set forth below (this "Policy") describes the conditions under which Interplay Art ("IA" and "Barbara Williams") will accept product returns and/or refund a percentage of your money. As used in this Policy, "you" are an individual acting on your own behalf, or "you" are an agent of a person or entity that has authorized you to act on that person’s or entity’s behalf. IA reserves the right to change this Policy without notifying you in advance.

1. Product Return Period and Amount

IA will accept the return of any work of art purchased directly from IA (each, an "IA Product") not more than 45 days after purchase date for sales in the United States only. IA will not accept any product returns for international sales. If you return an IA Product within the applicable period, IA will refund you 65% of the purchase price you paid for the IA Product returned, in the same form that payment was received (i.e., by a credit to your credit card account, if you paid by credit card), PROVIDED THAT the IA Product is returned in perfect condition (undamaged). IA alone will determine if the returned IA Product is in excellent condition or if it is damaged. You are responsible for return shipping costs. IA will notify you if IA determines that the returned IA Product is damaged and does not qualify for a refund. You are responsible for insuring the IA Product during transport back to IA. IA will not refund the costs of shipping and handling unless IA determines that the reason for the return is due to an error on IA’s part. IA Products purchased from another source must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of that source.

2. Product Return Procedure

To qualify for a refund for a returned IA Product, notify Barbara Williams via e-mail or fax that you intend to return the product and tell her why. IA must then receive the undamaged IA Product within 45 days of the original purchase date. If the IA product is received in undamaged, perfect condition, then the refund to you will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned IA product.
