By accessing or using the Interplay Art™ [www.interplayart.com] Web site (this "Site"), you agree to the terms of the Online Privacy Policy of Interplay Art ("IA", "Barbara Williams", "we" or "us"), which is set forth below. 1. Collection of personal information
When you engage in certain activities on the IA World Wide Web site (http://www.interplayart.com) (this "Site"), such as ordering or registering products, downloading software, or entering contests, participating in chat rooms, IA may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, IA may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address and zip code, e- mail address, employer, job title and department, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other personal identifying information. When ordering products or services on this Site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. Depending upon the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. 2. How your personal information is used
IA collects your information so it can record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you order a product that is to be electronically downloaded, for example, the information is used to register your license and rights, if any, to technical support, upgrade discounts, and other benefits that may be made available to registered users. If you enter a contest, information is collected to qualify the entry and contact you regarding the contest or prize awards. The information you provide is also used as part of our effort to keep you informed about new works of art, special offers, and other products and services of IA and selected third parties.
3. Your choices with respect to personal information
IA recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible use of information collected on this Site. 5. Use of "cookies"
When you visit www.interplayart.com, you can surf the site anonymously and access important information without revealing your identity. In order to improve our site, we use "cookies" to track your visit.
